This building is part of Chablis history.

Bombed during the second World war (june 15th 1940), it rebuilt itself in the image of the village to live better days.

It is also a familial buisiness for nearly half a century because acquired in 1971 by Denise & Robert Martinez until 2004, today, Chantal (their eldest daughter) & Eric Depoivre are the current owners.
